About the Role
1.Responsible for contacting customers Sell products with customer satisfaction as the goal.
2.Receive orders notify the relevant department and respond to the appropriate delivery schedule and satisfied customers.
3.Save the order in the system.
4.Collect relevant documents from customers. and forwarded to the relevant departments including various requirements Environmental prohibited substances.
5.Receive complaints and problems from customers. to send to the relevant departments to correct and prevent.
6.Prepare invoice documents, invoice according to the list of products to be shipped. and contact the courier to pick up the product to meet the delivery schedule or deliver it to the customer by yourself.
7.Summarize daily sales to keep as annual data.
8.Submit an annual customer satisfaction survey.
9.Continuous development and improvement To meet the company's quality goals.
10.Perform tasks according to the commander's orders and other tasks. as assigned
Bachelor degree of Marketing or relate field.
Age 24 - 30 year old
At least 1 years of working experience in marketing or sale field
Knowledge of MS Office.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 /IATF 16949
Able to drive and own a car.
Good command of English and Thai.
